RIG Scorrier is currently exploring the use of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning, with a view to optimise our mineral processing facilities through better interpretation of data. Each of RIG’s processing plants will have multiple data points in both fixed and mobile assets. Each data point will either represent a quality control function, performance function of financial function. Some of these assets will already have data collecting hardware on them. Some of these assets will require hardware to be installed. Each data generating point will be required to provide live data 24/7 to a cloud system. Once in the cloud system has the data, there will need to be a form of machine learning / artificial intelligence that takes that data, interprets that data and then sends the data to the appropriate stakeholder.
