Recycle it Global ltd (RIG) is an innovative engineering company, driving technological advancements in solid and fluid waste sectors.
We are focused on significantly reducing the quantity of waste materials that are destined for landfill and mine waste facilities across the globe by providing a service that allows the Construction, Demolition, Mining, and Marine Dredging sectors a sustainable way to dispose of waste, and then processing that waste into recycled aggregates through our state of the art wash plant facilities.
We specialise in processing technical waste streams that are usually expensive and difficult to dispose of due to high levels of contamination.
Our cost-effective engineering solutions, not only deal with the most complex waste, but also provide qualifying and sustainable products back to global infrastructure.
At RIG we don’t just process waste we also identify future opportunities at a global and local level, build state-of-the-art facilities and carry out advanced research and development in the waste processing sphere. FEASIBILITY
Core to the RIG business model is our identification, analysis and review of a country, region or even a project.
Our experienced team of engineers and material scientists undertake feasibility studies on solutions for the recovery of natural resources from waste in the solids and fluids environment.
We design and engineer mineral processing solutions for technical waste recovery. Feasibility studies are conducted for new or bespoke operations with a focus on mergers and acquisitions of existing natural resource businesses and partnerships.
RIG has a growing network of decentralized fixed location facilities to process even the most complicated waste streams.
We also can mobilise mobile solutions to cater for bespoke project delivery.
CONSTRUCTION
We are experienced in the design, project management, build, commissioning and delivery of state-of-the-art recycling facilities. Providing clients, investors or projects around the globe with a single solution for all their recycling needs.
We design and build our facilities following our detailed feasibility studies, providing assurance that what we are undertaking is suitable for its market and sized accordingly.
Following construction RIG will operate the facility reducing waste once fully destined to landfill.
We pride ourselves in understanding the market needs around the globe to advise correctly to key stakeholders on what’s needed prior to following a well-trodden delivery model.
OPERATION
Our aim is to reduce and, in some instances, eliminate waste once destined for landfill.
At RIG we can collect site wastes, transport to our facilities, process and resupply usable construction materials to your project removing the need for the supply of virgin quarried aggregates.
This process significantly reduces the CO2e impact of a project and removes the reliance on virgin materials.
RIG go further and can demonstrate the full carbon footprint of the removal and resupply of recycled aggregates. Providing a full circular economic solution to your waste needs.
All our sites are driven by data, gathering information throughout the waste processing so that the projects that we collaborate on can truly demonstrate how their waste has been utilised.
Our operations team maintains compliance with regulators and auditing bodies for ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001.
Each facility has its specific waste acceptance permit which we can provide to guarantee the wastes conformity.
